@Tomorrow By all means try diplomacy, the fact its a dictatorship means you probably won't get anywhere.
In regards to the topic at hand, try forming a democratic government once in a while because no matter what you say about it,there are a ridiculous number of these dictatorships; so much so that they're all repetitive and the same I'm afraid. Dictatorships encourage aggressive RP whether you intend to do so or not, perhaps we should instigate a joint effort for more peaceful governments. Bear in mind, I'm not just talking about noob dictators here...
