Basic question; what will happen to the server's when Gmod 13 is relesed? Is the Max-Player count going up (How many extra player is going to be added)? Or is it any other chainge's?

I didnt even know Gmod13 was coming out... (out of touch).

So, can anyone answer what changes Gmod13 is bringing?

Basically its gonna be faster, new menu layout not too much changes I was kinda disappointed when I tried it.

think the main change is that its got its own engine

I play GMod 13 mainly for the backgrounds in the main menu.

And how stuff glows when picked up with the physgun.


EDIT: There is no easy weld. THERE IS NO EASY WELD

First thing which will happen to the server is that it wil need to be fixed to work with some new things of the engine.

And some advantages from Gmod13:

- Bigger modelprecache buffer, so less crashes.
- Not able to get IP so easily anymore.
- No unexpected updates from Valve which causes Gmod to not work.

This sounds nice, is it going to be a Gmod 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, ----- 5000?
Why do they have to put numbers on everything?

Well, annoying as numbers may be, can you imagine how confusing and longwinded we'd be without numbers?

Garry'sMod: Version Better than Before?
