Minecraft server cost nothing, affects FL in no way. It's still a non-issue. Server we have is because of single-threaded performance, happens to have 16 threads too that aren't all used.

YOU as a player create your own fun by socializing with others. YOU as a player make this community a welcome place by socializing with others. This community has always been about player interaction, and it's sad to see that this seems to be forgotten so easily.

Go create your own content by coming up with new ideas for yourself to roleplay. Take initiative and create an event. Try something new. Go out there and interact with players you haven't interacted with before. Take a leap and include new people into your group. It's exactly those types of fresh experiences that make roleplay so unique, as roleplaying with every different person is a different experience.

You've got limited time and I'm not going to lie to you or sugarcoat it for you, Divey.

Fearless is in decline, the playerbase is soaking up, and it's your responsibility as the owner to fix things, that's what this whole owner change thing was about, and I think you've lost your way on that. You really should engage with your community, because otherwise you're hiding behind a fake veil of "behind the scenes work". Players are demotivated which makes staff and developers demotivated, this stems from the higher ups being demotivated. It's a problem on all levels of this damn community, but it starts at the top.

Right now, there's no plan, just useless map change ideas and cosmetic changes which overall contribute to nothing of any value whatsoever, and uphold the pseudo-change mood. Get real and start making proper changes, host events more, go and improve development (actually pay them since I know you recently got a big $260 bump in 1 day).

Right now you're a bad owner who shows no care about his own community. Which is why you were made Owner in the first place, to be the owner to share care about the community. It's the same old leadership just with a new colour.

I'd say you're a shit owner, and many others would probably agree with me on that, try and change that. Do something. For once.
