I thought one of the main reasons v4b1 didnt stick around was it's potential to crash peoples games when in certain areas.
Otherwise, there isnt much to lose by switching the maps over it's just a slightly modified version that decorates the mainly unused buildings along with replacing a few out in industrial. Along with the redesigned jail allowing more RP with it's built in areas for booking in criminals.

The loss of the Corleone houses is a bit of a negative, but it creates a great space for custom builds, allowing more areas for clans to set-up in instead of fighting over the same few spaces
