From what I was told, Killjoy and Soul both started with 50 RP points. Not sure though.

Hotel RP, all people wanted to buy from me were Turtles and Fish as a result I ended up running out of fish and was going to get some more, I had fished some fish when Narcotic started giving out RP points for the hotel RP, I actually almost missed out on the RP point I was just lucky that everyone told Narcotic that I was in the RP from the start, I was almost crying when I got the RP point, because I didn't think I would get it.
