I don't think it is internet problem. I get this quite rarely and I get 290-300 download on Speedtest. And around 19-20 upload

Hi Razor using a Speedtest could you tell us your ping please. This could be a resulting factor in the abrupt freezes due to spikes of ping or bandwidth.

I got these, should be decent, but I still get shit ton of lag every time.
PC Specs:
GTX 1080
i5-6600K (4.0 GHz)
16GB Ram
Is it the specs or is it the connection?

Hey Razor, if you're still getting this problem could you tell me whether your entire game freezes during this state and you cannot move/look around or are only other people frozen?
