It isn't about the time spent as an Administrator that depicts whether they deserve the Veteran rank, but its about the commitment and loyalty that they show during this time. Kevin has been an extremely active administrator during this time, and has shown how passionate he was to helping out the server. Although his time may have been short, he definitely made a positive impact towards the community, hence why he has received the rank.

Me and you never really saw eye to eye, but that doesn't mean I didn't respect you.
You were a solid admin, faults here and there but overall fair.
I will obviously not miss you like everyone else, but I will miss your professionalism.
