Because I find it easier to blow a minges head off before he runs me over and I lose a weapon, than have fraps on 24/7, hope for an admin to be online, be killed to show as proof, waste time uploading evidence, fill out template, get the time, wait another week due to a backlog of BRs and see him/her let lose on a "First time offender" ban, and not be refunded for anything.
I remember it being late at night when I was tired and some minge came up to me on V2D by the bar and started pushing me with a prop. No admins and I didn't want to walk all the way back so I dropped a waste container on his head. Problem solved.
