Well, I guess this is a valid point - but can admins start doing this more? Rather than just "Pres is afk + money farming - DEMOTE" cuz then 5 minutes later, he'll go back again.
Or a different admin will be on, etc. I think the blacklisting from jobs should be used more - and then people can APPLY to get unblacklisted if they've started playing properly
