No, but new Officers/SRU may not have seen the radio and will arrest the person trying to get in, which leads to huge confusion.

Well I don't think having a pass would make one unable to wield guns ( specially goes against the benefits of presidential guards / presidential family )
So I wouldn't suggest adding that feature.
