even if you have a decent reason or roleplay, you're probably still going to get called out for a random raid, i was playing about 10 minutes ago and the cops were attacking the rebel base, and as their illustrous leader i heriocally charged the police blockade to get to town, once in there i decide to go to the gun shop in BP and hostage the owners as a baragaing chip to stop the cops attacking, my reply was an AK to the face by the bmd and a refusal for my gun back as i was apparently "random raiding". he told me i should have hostaged a police officer instead. well, i'm pretty sure that criminals use just about anybody they can get their hands on to use as a hostage in that situation...
