Some people choose to just be vice, if the president leaves then maybe have a pop up saying the president has left would you like to take the role? So the vice as an advantage as they can get the job quicker if they want it, also it maybe be argued that other players will not have a chance to get president so we could have a queue for the job, but that's another matter

Second in command would naturally take over once the President is removed/dies. As others have stated this gives even more reason to be VP.

What if a situation occurs where the Vice is involved in the same Dictator Roleplay that got the President killed, you then wouldn't be able to kill the VP as the second the President is killed the VP gets automatically promoted, with spawn protection.
Ultimately I don't think the idea is bad but certain situations may need some clarification if this was to be put in place.

Of course VP wouldn't get spawn protection, like I said they don't get respawned. Their job is just changed and they get notified about it, even if their presidency will last several seconds.

No, if they don't want to be the president eventually then they can change jobs. It isn't unfair to other players as they can join the now empty vice president position.
