The pain isn't too bad mate, unless you're getting shot from a very close distance then it's going to bruise, so don't fuck about with your mates shooting each other lol.
I shot my mate from about a yard away, the bruise was probably 4x the size of the paint ball and left him hurting for a week lol.
Don't bother wearing extra clothing or anything, you'll be shot and you'll forget you was after a few seconds.

I got shot in the balls while I was getting changed into our gear.
To be fair, my mates a fucki-ng dic-kheads, also fractured my finger put my hand up to say I was out and some little twat shit the top of my middle finger at close range.
Oh and then I fucked my back, it cramped up when I was camping a flag in a tractor tyre in CTF.
