Also why would a place with "Just fences" require a guard tower? That looks like its made out of 1ft steel plates, also your "Fences" have the metalic texture of the tower, not all of them mind you, though ill assume you hadnt gotten to them yet, this would mean that they to would look pretty armored and fortified.
