Enough. No need to dig up old stuff, it's irrelevant.
As I don't completely understand why you would cover a camera with a potato chip bag, I don't consider this mistake anything worth taking action to.
You could've just PMed Hitman to remove it, easy peasy.
We rarely punish players for minor cases like this. As mentioned above, small props like this are usually just removed by a bypassing staff member.
