As for the other part. I've just done a log-check on the incident and at no point did you change your job to Criminal.

Based off of the way you worded things your statement on the PR is self incriminating. If you go up to a cop and call him a pig you are trying to provoke a reaction from him, thus you are baiting him to take action. With what awestruck just stated that further validates the ban.
