There is a reason that there is an Unban Request section, because mistakes can be made. I have no need to cover up anything. I've backed all my opinions with Logic and showed how they applied to the Rules. Please feel free to read what I put a few times so that you can understand where I'm coming from. I'm stating this because I feel strongly about this, and feel that this needed to be rectified. I don't want any player, regardless of their affiliation with me, to be banned for unfair reasons.

Approved as Dark brings up valid points that were not, from what it looks like, looked into when the initial ban request was accepted.
