I put the graphics up a bit for this one but it's a Mix of badly optimised patches and a slowly dying GPU that means my quality isn't quite as good as it could be

Thought it was PC and I wouldn't worry about your GPU and so on, it is a good thing to do. GPU and so on is only something minor and not very noticeable.
