On behalf of tosser's original post in the ban request:
"He killed me a total of 4 times.
First was prior to this, I was holding a crowbar and he came up the scaffolding, I came up behind him and told him to get down, and he turned around, saw my crowbar(which I had been holding the entire time as a tool), and ran off. He started PMing me, saying that I tried to kill him, and then started repeatedly sniping me, before finding me and killing me with a shotgun.
The closest I have to evidence are his threats.

Later he got increasingly angry at us, and kept refusing to leave the scaffolding after being told by numerous officers(as shown in the video), and was particularly angry at being told that the construction site started at the cones. In response, he kept either sitting in chairs as shown in the video, or doing the same with cones surrounding it.

He then proceeded to do the same in the middle of the construction site, and the moment I stood over one of the cones, he got out the chair, and shot me dead.
Almost immediately after, I saw him by BP, and he proceeded to shoot me dead on the spot, and did the same again by the nexus(as shown on the video)"

Denied.
The banned player was found guilty of breaking the rules, and there was found no reason to remove or shorten the ban issued.
Reviewing administrator has also taken note of the banned player lying in the courthouse, so a permanent forum-ban has been issued.
