- Support: What do you do if some kind of minge is having a weapon out but isn't shooting. You can't just straight up kill him. Handcuffing and tazing aren't you allowed to as well.

Someone who is deemed a serious threat towards citizens and Police Officers/SRU, can be dealt with, with lethal force.
If ie someone is pointing guns at cops or SRU, then cops and SRU can open fire, as the hostile is a serious threat.
NOTE: This does not count in a hostage situation

This is not really needed. It is in the rules so people should follow it. There is always going to be trouble makers in the group but there shouldn't be a full server feature for it.
P.S. It does not really affect any good rp. Just Contra Whoring and agressive rp.
