I just said that I have my computer back repaired that means that I dont have anything installed only Gmod I have 950GB remaining and when I play Gmod it uses only 20% CPU and 30% RAM

Trust me it's probeblly your cookies and and temporary Internet files slowing your computer down no matter what the problem is that'll fix it

Uhm... Nope. Deleting cookies or temp. files probably won't help a thing.
Does the same happen when joining other servers or playing singleplayer?

I didnt test other server but singleplayer is working normally..
