Well, personally I think it's one of the most important things when "recruiting" new members.. It's the very first sight of what Fearless is, so ofc it needs to be good and yeah, some do care.

I think there should be an event to where you take a picture of all of the members of fearless that are on at that current time on that server.. Edit it a bit and make that the loading screen. It would bring a message to the new players that the community is rather joyful, big, and together.
