Change reason to "Unrealistic building and 1.5x too tall walls".

The house was a house from the map, the only he did change was to build walls around it.

Unban request denied due there wasn't any valid arguments other than "OMG SOMEONE DID THAT TOO" or "DOOD I'VE SEEN PEOPLE GET BANNED FOR BIGGER RULEBREAK OMG?!?"
