Not really, when I went to D.C I could see uniformed SS all over the place in patrol cars, walking the streets etc., not all crowded in the white house or the capitol building.
SS doesnt exist IRL. Do you mean Secret Service?
Do the math. It's an abbreviation. Back to topic, not a single Agent/Capitol/Metro officer will be standing in the capitol building or sitting in their patrol cars without some form of carbine and body armor. Evocity being a center of government (President), is entitled to the same.
