Couldn’t agree more, nobody has a back bone everyone is too scared to change anything. It’s ridiclous how people make an arguement for this new map even though they have no idea of the release date. We could be waiting a year for the map and the server at that stage would be fully in the ground. Even if the map isn’t reverted to V2D try and actually do something to make the server somehow revivable. I’ve even gone to the extent of expressing ideas to SAs in DMs. The people who care for the server would ship ideas forward instead of simply saying that the server is fine how it is, that it blatantly isn’t. Hopefully someone acts on what is happening instead of sitting there and doing nothing. Soul this is where we need you the most pal to pull something out the bag because nobody looks like they’re going to get us out this mess.

Scared of pushing failed updates, yes, this would be the third time in the span of a year that V2D would be in use, and guess what, EVERY TIME IT FAILED.
If it wont work then fuck it let the server die who cares.
There are other ways to save and re-populate FL.
But you have to start somewhere, and just trying things here and there, you will start to get a pattern of results. What works and what doesnt.

Also, lewwings if you read properly. You would see that i have agreed with people who have said v2d isnt a solution. So bringing up the map to me is stupid as im in the middle with it.

It is clear to see Lewwings you’ve nothing constructive to say and just attempt to annoy people. You talk about ways of re populating the server so fucking tell us these genius plans you behold. You clearly have nothing to say apart from the staff being a disgrace, which I completely agree with however that isn’t going to raise the playerbase. FL needs something new and fresh, whether V2D is that we will hopefully have to wait and see.

Please remember that change is not possible at the click of the fingers, unless SoulRipper is directly involved in said situation of course. Things do need to change, that much is clear. It's just a case of finding a collective idea. Small updates are helpful, but not necessarily the answer to our problems. Exposure is a huge part of a solution and making the server look good. This community is great (apart from the odd few) we should show the outer Garry's Mod community that too.

There's a difference between aggressiveRP and agressive bullshittery, the one you're refering to sounds alot like aggressive bullshittery cause there is no RP behind that, only shooting on top of shooting.

Basewars should be a bit further up in the gamemode list, as it seems like that's what you're looking for.
EDIT: I also kinda want to mention, a lot of you are going "omg we other stuff to also happen, not just a map change" without actually saying WHAT stuff you want to happen. Like what do you expect, staff to wave a magic wand around and fix the server? Like seriously, a map change isn't happening as it's not the issue at all. Instead come up with the actual issues and ways to fix them. That's the only way anything can actually happen.

Telling aggressive RPers to leave definitely worked the last 20 times FL has done it right? Wait the server is dead because no Aggressive RPers are active anymore. Man, who would have thought pushing away the largest supporters of a community would be bad :/
