removal of the cop car exit animation.

Why?
I'm not a fan of the animation of getting out of my police and the suspect getting enough time to run away. or getting shot at and taking too long to get out of my vehicle and take cover.

i prefer the old way of just entering and exiting instantly.

Also, the animation is a bit buggy. Sometimes it shows me exiting the car on one side but then I actually pop out on the other side.
