Title of Suggestion: Move Spawns if you die within NLR range.
Description
If you die within NLR range of your spawn, make it so that you spawn somewhere else, with the following priority.
Why?
This assists in preventing NLR, either intentionally or unintentionally.
If cops die in the PD during a raid, they won't respawn in the middle of the ongoing raid, won't be shot at, and will be less likely to rejoin the raid.

If you die within NLR range of your spawn, make it so that you spawn somewhere else, with the following priority.
- Chosen Spawn
- Any Team Spawn
- Any Citizen Spawn
- Any Default Map Spawn
