Title of Bug: New HUD is not included in /minhud

Description: 
When you type /minhud to hide the HUD it doesn't hide the new HUD. The top left and bottom left are still visible.

Steps to reproduce:
Type "/minhud" in chat

Fix pushed to master, minhud and gmod_camera both hide the HUD now as expected. Will be live on next restart.
