Title of Suggestion: Fix Gopnik

Description
Making the gopnik unable to be used in Aggro makes the outfit useless, fix the head box or replace the whole fit

Why?
Having clothing that can and can’t be used in aggro just ruins it one of the most expensive outfits and it can’t even be used in aggrp

+Support at the moment it's only really usefull for passiveRP. You can do aggressiveRP with it, but without being able to use kevlar you pretty much don't stand a chance.

This is already planned with completely new models, it just requires a content overhaul which is why it hasn't been implemented yet.
