Is a dragonfruit's use worth it's price?

I've been doing a lot of farming lately, and one thing we farmers can all agree on is that getting a dragonfruit plant from a mystery bag gives you the same feeling as getting a Thundergun from the box in COD zombies.

Dragonfruits sell to the trader for $10,000, therefore selling to a player would yield a greater price because otherwise you might as well sell to the trader.

Now the dragonfruit restores 100% hunger and 100% health (was instantly when first released, unsure if this is still the case), which could allow aggressive RPers to drastically change the outcome of a fight.

Assuming the asking price to sell to players would be 11-15k per dragonfruit for it to be worth the growers time, is this price worth what the dragonfruit can do for players in a fire fight? Let me know what your opinion on this is.

Wouldn't rather have medkits that heal over time rather than a dragonfruit that heals you from 90hp to 100hp instanly and stops there?

Med kits keep healing you even if youre taking damage.
