Summary of the incident
The player accused came up to me and started talking to me whilst I was farming. After he could see I wasn't in the mood for talking at the time and just wanted to farm, he then proceeded to place a breach on a BMW (not his or mine) for no reason what so ever, and start shooting until the car was destroyed.

EDIT: Later on the same day (about 21:45pm), my car was stolen and then crushed in the MTL, and so was Blueblitz's car in the same way. You can see who the four active people were in the screenshot provided, and 46ty is the only person who fits the type to do something like this, given the earlier recording. Daniel came and saw what happened, who will be able to confirm the validity of this.

The user was found guilty of randomly destroying a vehicle using a breach. His behavior seems a bit random, considering he first came to talk to you and afterward blew up a seemingly random car.
