Distpatch map and Locations are broken... Thanks to the 'good' map and devs. Fix pls thanks.

We knew it'll break when we were making the map, considering no one uses dispatch we are fine with this trade off. I'll bring up dispatch to the dev team, as I'm unsure if it's worth fixing all the issues when no one uses the feature.

Making its existence more public would increase the usage. But for players who weren't there when it was published, it's nearly impossible to know that it exists.
