Summary of the incident
I have been hit by a car that made me crash into another car the Yamac was on. I drove off (no command to stop whatsoever). He proceeded to open fire without trying anything else to kill me. 

Excuse the weird sound, I don't know why it sounds like that. Visually everything is fine though, so it should be fine.

Even though the video itself doesn't show Yamac's name, I was able to find and check it in the logs. Yamac didn't have a proper reason to shoot you, instead, he should have engaged in a pursuit. 

6.8 As an officer, do not shoot vehicles unless lives are at risk, hot pursuit should be the first option.

While you did crash into his vehicle, it wasn't really your fault since you collided with the other car. Therefore, I don't really see a reason for him to shoot you. Plus, he could have started a pursuit on you since he had his car right there. 

Though I do recommend posting longer video clips in the future and including the console which shows who killed you.
