Why should you be unbanned?
I literally did nothing - I stood at inner BP and repaired my vehicle. I disconnected right before a police vehicle drove along main street. None of them even left the vehicle, let alone approached or talked to me. They were on main street and I was at the repair station, so there is no way they could have talked to me either. I had no active warrant, had no weapons on me, and did not do anything to break any laws. 

There was nothing forbidding me from disconnecting, so the ban has to be invalid.

After reviewing all of the logs I realized I made an honest mistake I was led to believe this was valid from our earlier encounter and miss reading the logs at the time of the situation.
