Title of Suggestion: REPLACE SWAT VAN

Description
Replacing the swat van with a newer and decent looking model.

Why?
The swat van is just crap and needs to be put out of service.
I think this is the best replacement:

VCmod compatible and already comes with a decent skin.
If this gets implemented i'll GLADLY upgrade the skin myself and even make extra ones since the vehicle supports up to 8 skins (Sheriff, FBI, ...)
