Title of Suggestion: Replace Audi RS4

Replace the Audi RS4 with the Audi S5 or S4, both can be found in the Audi TDM pack.

Why?
I think the RS4 should be replaced as it's one of the cars that doesn't work quite well right now, it drives and all but the lights are off. I am not sure if it's just me or if it's VCMod that's being fishy but most people that I've talked to has this issue. I also believe FL needs a few new cars in general as we've had most of the current ones for a long time so it would be refreshing if cars like the RS4 are replaced.

It's likely because the model we have on FL is outdated compared to the latest on the actual workshop for it, a lot of cars have this same issue (G Wagon and Bus, for example). We're planning on doing a content sweep soon anyway (around the same time we do SWAT uniforms) which we can solve this in.

A new model is not needed, we'll update the model to work with VCmod (alongside the bus and g wagon) when we look through the content packs again.
