Summary of the incident
As you see in the video I am unarmed, just farming when someone gives us the heads up in the clan radio that we are being raided by the police. So I ran around the corner to see what was happening outside to be greeted with Eagle, who then decided to shoot me down despite seeing I was unarmed. 

In the video you see him shoot me once, stop and then proceeded to kill me.

I'm not going to punish somebody over an accident that happened within the space of 5 seconds. You died through your own mea culpa by standing in between the police and what I presume is your fellow base member.
