Summary of the incident
After following a stolen police car and finding it broken down on the side of the road, me and oliver.burke followed a man that was running opposite of the car. As I approached, I saw that he had a gun out and aimed mine at him, and told him to put his hands up. He followed up by shooting me and oliver.burke. 

I believe this is breakage of the rule 3.4.

Jack will receive a 1 hour blacklist for attempting to RDM, as this is not the first time he has dabbled in such rule-breakage. Harlem (who actually killed the pair of you) will not be receiving a blacklist from weapons because they've already been permanently suspended for being a double-account of Bulldog; so justice has already been dealed out.
