Summary of the incident
This guy has spawned several useless props along the street. However, they were not frozen.
He also has only one hour on the clock.

Player report reviewed and approved.

This player has been noticed over the last few days spawning a wide variety of props all across the map without explanation. Attempts to communicate with them has failed, and no known language seems to provoke them into a response.

With this in mind and their inability to take heed of warnings, a one hour PTE blacklist shall be fired their way. 

God help us all. Closed.
