Summary of the incident
I was having a little fun talking to an officer and then he decided to pursue me, his partner, Warlord decided to kill me not 10 seconds in to the chase. He claimed and I quote "He had a gun" but I did not. There's no way he could of known I had a gun either as I didn't get out of the vehicle.

As our rules dictate, violence should always be the last option as more peaceful means of brining the chase to an end should be used first. There was no reason for the shooting to occur, it's blatant random deathmatch (RDM) in my eyes.

Due to his high hours (over 700), I definitely expect Warlord Tourus to know much better, therefore a 3 hour weapons blacklist shall be applied as I believe it would be much more effective than a ban in this case.
