Not to single anyone out, but instead of filling this thread with off-topic comments, could the trial admin be so kind and answer the questions I have asked? It would be greatly appreciated and could clear things up for both me and any other parties interested in the answers.

This is a private community and your actions aren’t free from consequences. The fact you believe it’s not discriminatory to tar every German person under the brush of being a far-right, fascist party supporter, one that is responsible for millions of deaths, and holds many abhorrent xenophobic, racist, ableist, and sickening views, is only telling everyone here something about yourself.

Literally none of that is even remotely true. My paternal grandfather was german and sent to a KZ because he was a socialist and involved with worker's unions. The fact that someone who wasn't there, and who hasn't seen any evidence but bases his opinion off of hearsay decides to attribute beliefs to me that I have never and will never hold as an attempt to create a strawman tells me everything I need to know about you.

Most german people don’t like that and there’s a reason why there’s laws in place for them to forget about that part of history, maybe you could have made a lighthearted joke about the war or something and you wouldn’t have got banned

Why shouldn't someone learn about history if they were born decades after it occurred? Only the truly ignorant would try and censor information for the sake of temporary comfort, and that is what is wrong with society today. The tragedy of World War II should be remembered so that the same mistakes aren't repeated. Deliberately trying to forget about it is a form of denial, and the same attitude of people that lead to the war in the first place. It's no wonder why many countries keep making the same mistakes over and over again; they fail to learn from the past.

As for this point, in what world does calling someone a nazi then constitute educating them on their history? I think you’ll find that most, if not all Germans are aware of that part of their country’s history without Academy from the FearlessRP community taunting them and stamping them down as members of the fascist regime.

Sorry to break it to you, but it’s not a subjective view to take that it is insulting and offensive to be compared to a regime that facilitated the deaths of 6,000,000 people, unless you believe the views held are acceptable, in which case, I can very quickly show you the door away from all of our services.

Another strawman, no such thing occured. If I were to tell you that I am jewish, would it be anti semitic of someone to say that I'm speaking zionist/ arab/ gibberish in case I start speaking hebrew?
