Title of Suggestion: Ticket Vehicles
Description
If you do /ticket you don't actually have to be looking at the owner but write a ticket and stick it on the windshield for the owner to accept/decline it.
Why?
I don't know why but back then, we used to be able to /ticket Vehicles and now it's gone and we have to find the owner and give it in person. It's just not how it works IRL. I mean IRL they just stick it on the windshield and continue on, they don't have to run after the owner and /ticket him personally. I think it should be either brought back or god knows what happened to it. Update it I guess.
