Why should you be unbanned?
I was banned for apparently D/cing to avoid arrest when I wasn't even arrested.

I d.c'd as my game crashed and I came back on to find myself spawning as a Civvy.

Prior to that the police chief oliver pointed a gun at me when I spawned in then issued me a ticket on spawn for loitering, when I asked him why he's issuing a ricket and pointing a gun he said suck my dick in character.

I went a VP which is the only true aspect, then went looking for my President in command as he wasn't responding in VC, the civilian I was with prior approached me to report the corrupt police officer and I acted based on the info I was given. He was pointing a gun at him also and told him to fuck off or he will shoot.

I was banned when I was in mid conversation, the admin didn't hear me out he just banned me mid VOIP? 

I think the result should be an unban for me and a blacklist on PD for the guy going around threatening to shoot civs repeatedly and pointing tazers and handing out tickets to people who just spawned in.

If that isn't FAILRP then idk what is.

So I want to start off by saying I apologize if you felt like I banned you mid conversation but I asked you to explain yourself for not only disconnecting to avoid an officer giving you a ticket or an arrest you then reconnected as a VP just to demote him and then switched to his job as a Sergt. review the logs here in the spoiler that showed me this when Benedict gave me an @ call

Which meant you broke rules 1.3 and 2.5 when I asked you to explain why you did it you said "What is there to explain?" and "Why was I arrested though thats surprising?"

Well I think you can see clearly from the script that both the person reporting failed to confirm that I actually got arrested and the reason if I did as there was no possible way I would have been arrested with no grounds. As you can see from my UBR and if you didn't impulse ban me without hearing me out there was no breaking of rule 1.3 or 1.5. Your apology lacks sincerity so I don't accept it. I didn't feel like you banned me mid conversation, you just did and that is very unprofessional of you. As you can see from the logs the two minute window as VP is when I was approached from another citizen regarding his behaviour in the nexus lobby.

Hi Cam, I am very surprised at this post of yours. You should be frilled with Ludo's courtesy here and recognise that you're acting fictitiously and feloniously.

To add further context. I will supply additional evidence.

Prior to this you broke 2 more rules, you had ignored Fear RP, and then DC'ed the game to avoid arrest.

Also you have shown your self to be quite the compulsive liar. Pursuing your fabrication like this is a very bad habit. As you said in game you are always recording, if you think your being mistreated upload and show your side.

Look at my evidence and deny that you are in the wrong for rejoining to instantly demote me.

You must have quite a fast computer, it didn't take you long to leave, wait two minute, rejoin and instantly demote me. (In which logs can demonstrate)

- you couldn't have become VP any quicker after joining to demote. FailRP, random demote and NLR break.

I had started writing my commands in the text chat minutes after he started breaking fearRP to prove he was ignoring what I was saying on the microphone.

Evidence here shows you took 9 minutes. )you had waited couple min to rejoin) From disconnecting to avoid arrest to have reloaded to demote.

Also as you can see you made every attempt to actively run away and avoid the situation. Ignoring voice demands and chat saying 'stop, stop now.'.

Also if a admin would like to take action with the evidence supplied above for FearRP, I don't think it would be unreasonable.

It's obvious this led to you instantly joining to demote me and in the correct here.

So let me make this very clear for you, As I can see from the logs you disconnected by user not because your game crashed thats called (Session timed out) yours is (Disconnected by User) meaning you deliberately left the server to avoid getting arrested or receiving a ticket, please review the linked logs once more. That is an immediate breach in rule 1.3. You then reconnected two minutes later as showing in the linked then you spawned as a VP and 1minuteand20seconds later you began attempting to demote the person who was arresting you when you disconnected. So your story you're fabricating here is that you weren't power gaming you just spawned as a VP and a civ told you he was doing what exactly? Arresting you?  You didn't even roleplay a meeting with an accused officer have a write up or anything you just demoted him, so you honestly expect me to believe you that a civ told you what he had done when the much clearer picture is you broke rules 1.3 and 2.5? Oliver's evidence only further proves to me that your "game crashed" was bologna and what you did was intentional, I issued your ban because rather than admitting what you did was breaching the rules you stated there was "nothing to explain" and began to fight me on why you were being arrested in the first place.
