So, we drove off the city and he stops me by pulling me under fearrp and was mugging me asking for money. But his job title was unemployed and I noticed that and you can't be unemployed and mug other people, to my understanding that’s failrp. Yes, I hit his car, but that doesn’t mean that he can demand money from me with gunpoint(mug), he should call the police or ask for insurance. And I would request an alternative admin answering this PR, cause Violet De Kittie, JohnSilver, and Taxi are in same the clan as wolfy and I do think some biasness with occur, I want it to be an objective PR. (of a person or their judgement not influenced by personal feelings or opinions in considering and representing facts.)

you can't decide who takes the pr but I will show you why this is allowed
there was update stating that:
"Unemployed"
"The unemployed job will be the base job, with a salary of $0. Rule changes have been implemented in order to allow unemployed people to commit petty crimes (mugging and contra-basing would be allowed with the Unemployed job title, for example). As well as this, the Criminal job will be disallowed in order to encourage more creative criminal roles such as gang roles or more detailed specific roleplay titles such as hitman."
