Summary of the incident
In both video tapes, we can clearly see a burned out man having some fun on the server shooting peoples, RDMing, prop pushing, breaking NLR and other rules. Also you can hear people talking about him and his rule breakings. He has 1800 hours on the server, clearly not here to RP and to play.
