As much as I agree with that he did indeed break the rules and Brikaas has every right to put a PR, I would like to stress to the admins to keep in mind that this was at 5am, over a handful and some of people online and no one is taking this seriously - it's RP but much more loose and lax [compared to the seriousness during the day and evenings]. I do not say that everyone is 'screwing around breaking rules' but if they do occur it's mostly out of fun and non malicious reasoning.

It was in good faith and was not malicious as it was only done twice and non repetitively - nor did they go ahead and murder the entire populous. Though two was far, i agree. so please keep it in mind when sentencing him. For if indeed it did get out of hand, you may expect an admin to arrive on scene to deal with it as usual - which in this case did not occur.
