Let's say you're falsely ToS banned and have no contact to players or staff, know that ToS bans are given out pretty lightly
How will you get unbanned?

We don't give out TOS bans lightly. If a user breaks TOS, they no longer get the service, hence, terms of service. Only something like a formality or proof that they are innocent of what they were accused of will let the banned user back into the server.

It's a video game roleplaying server we don't need intricate methods that deal with every edge case. If something comes up that should be handled it has been proven time and time again that it will be solved one way or another.

Again, it is incredibly rare that a TOS ban is false, and some people only come back because of ignored unban requests and not because they were innocent.
There is clearly no proof required for a TOS ban to be made in the first place which assists lying.

Assists lying? What? If we TOS someone its because we have all the proof we want. Again, its a video game server we dont need evidence at the same level as a government court system. If we have enough evidence to be convinced that someone broke the TOS, then we are at our full rights to remove them from the services. There is literally nothing any player can do about it, its our TOS and we aren't breaking laws in any country by denying rights to the services. If we want to ban someone for being a complete tool then we can, just as much as we purge pedos, hackers, exploiters, trolls, and bots.

We aren't TOS banning people without enough reason to.

I don't understand what you mean "all the proof we want", in my case there was never any proof at all and the admin who banned me never got punished. You consider this fair or a good system?
