Summary of the incident
i had told this man before that covered windows are not allowed, i checked laws i decided not to do anything cuz of the weird texture on it
then i saw a illigalparked car wich i knew from previouse situations it was his so didnt had to check the database.
when i tried to wheelclamp it he jumped in a drove away.
after that he drove towards mainstreet parking and stored the car wich is very failrp
and started run away.

he got arrested and then i noticed some weird camera's so i started investigating
saw a invinsable cam which is not allowed by my knowledge(could be wrong)

then he swapped into swat to advoid police
and hopped out of his uniform and went on partol/basing which is not allowed patrol need to be accepted by a press that wasn't there and basing was not menth for police or sorts

with 150 hours you think people know this stuff
then i checked hit record of blacklists and i see he broke previousely multiple rules

i do think this person can be a good rper but i guess he has to learn it the hard way.
