Summary of the incident
The subject in question prop pushed repeatedly numerous cars/people in the city, changed job and abused his powers to demote randomly and acts as if he was innocent.

While i was uploading the evidence videos he also crashed the main server.

Amended blacklist #107699 (PRA (96691) - prop pushing cars) to include this PRA as well.

Added an extra hour with the given evidence.
