As you can see here Jessixa has in many occasions broken ToS by sharing others work as her own. Even if you attempt to claim that it is only to fulfill her role play purposes yet as you can see she has never mention that the music used in those videos is not her own and is clearly in breach of rules.
Cases in which she has used that music as if it is her own:

I would also like to bring this rule into the case which clearly proves that Jessixa needs to be demoted.
